Raul Giles is a career technologist who wants to see more companies achieve their goals by creating great culture. He’s led engineering organizations and seen firsthand what clarity, delegation, and consistent, specific, fear-free feedback can have peoples’ performance.
He founded ListenUp to help companies hear all the feedback that often goes unvoiced. Prior to ListenUp, Raul was an engineering leader at Kiosk Information Systems, Convercent, and AlphaGreen Systems.
